These packages are preliminary at this point, and not fully debugged.
The packages themselves are to be considered part of the specificaiton.
The packages bodies and testbenches are a recommended
implementations, and will not be included in the final PAR.
There is a compile script
that will compile and simulate this code.
This tar ball contains all of the code
described below and the compile script. (Release 11)
If you want to use these functions now, a special vhdl-93 compatability
version of the code, which compiles into a library named "ieee_proposed"
can be found here
